Something broken, confusing, or missing? We want to hear about it — Grandstand gets better because people tell us what's not working.

Notifications aren't arriving

Check that notifications are enabled for Grandstand in iOS Settings, and that Focus modes aren't silencing them. If a specific team's alerts have stopped, try unfollowing and refollowing the team — and if that doesn't fix it, email us.

Scores look wrong or delayed

Pull to refresh first. If a game is consistently behind or showing bad data, tell us which game and when — that helps us chase it down with our data provider quickly.

I have a feature idea

Send it over. The roadmap is shaped heavily by what people ask for, and early users get an outsized vote.
